RMA Return Policy

RMA Return Policy

In the event you experience a failure from a part that you have received from, you can be assured that we stand behind our product and offer a Return Policy. We are committed to Quality and will process your return in a timely and professional manner. Please contact us, and you will be assigned an RMA number for your claim. Please note that there are some restrictions to returning merchandise which are outlined below.

Following is a list of guidelines for all RMAs
  1. All returns are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny an RMA on any order.
  2. Under no circumstances will an RMA be issued on product that was sold as Non Cancelable/Non Returnable.
  3. The 15 days return policy is only for parts that fail to meet the original manufacturers specifications. We offer  return policy on parts with no functionality issues.
  4. Orders under $200 are non returnable unless there is an issue with the functionality of the product.
  5. Orders over $200 with no functionality issues will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
  6. A failure report required to accompany RMA request.
  7. RMAs are valid for a maximum of 7 days from date of issue. The product must reach are warehouse within 15 days or the RMA will be void.
  8. The RMA number must clearly written and identifiable on the outside of the box being returned.
  9. If product is returned without an RMA number, it willl be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
  10. Returns must be shipped via the most economical method at buyer’s cost.
  11. Returns will not be accepted if shipped COD.
  12. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective items at our discretion and shall not include any claims for expense or damage by reason of their use.
  13. We make no warranty to product capability in regards to buyer's intended use or circuit design.
  14. Controlss shall have no liability for special or consequential damages of any kind or from any cause whatsoever.
  15. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of our Components RMA policy.
  16. No rejection or arbitrary claims accepted on the basis of visuals and pictures specially for obsolete parts.
  17. No third private party claim, intervention or arbitration accepted , except recognized test house, original  manufacturer or legal entity.
  18. If buyer fail to abide by our t&c along with RMA policy , then no such claims will be entertained.
  19. All credit card sales are governed by above RMA return policy.
  20. We sell only Manufacturer original parts, No commercial or industrial grade parts shall be decapped  or tested for military applications.
  21. Any illegal use of commercial parts for military application/s, or aviation application will void all our warranty terms. Any attempt to approve commercial or industrial grade parts for military application with the convenience of test house or testing facility will void all the terms and buyer or its agent will be solely responsible for consequences.

Once product is returned and inspected internally, we will process your credit in one of the following ways: - Send replacement parts if they are available and at the customers request.Or Issue credit for future buying or refund you by cheque.
